About the role
As a Resourcer in our technologies division you will be working in a very fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be joining a very successful team of Recruiters and will be assisting them to find the best candidates within the IT market across NSW. As part of the role you will be sourcing IT candidates for our clients within the banking and finance industry.
Part of the day to day duties will include posting adverts, mining the database, boolean searches, shortlisting and interviewing candidates as well as administrative duties. You will gain exposure to candidates and clients during interviews and visits and will manage client and candidate relationships.
As a Resourcer, you will be exposed to an intensive onboarding and structured training program; including online e-learning, formal workshop based training, peer mentoring and on the job coaching/shadowing. We offer career development with the aim of you becoming a 360 Recruiter within 9-12 months. We will ensure you have your own personal development plan to map your growth and progression within the organisation.
You will be working alongside 3 experienced recruiters, assisting them with sourcing the best candidates in the market. Overall, the banking and finance technologies team consists of 6 people who will support and train you to become a market expert in the technologies market.
You will possess a real interest in the world of business and IT, how it works, what makes it tick and therefore naturally seek out where the opportunities are for qualified candidates.
You have previous experience working in sales or business development in a KPI driven environment. You are a highly motivated, career and achievement driven, and business savvy person that possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You are resilient and dedicated, willing to work hard and work within a team.
