Environmental Engineer (Australia)

This professional geotechnical company offers a broad geotechnical consulting service for buildings, civil and mining engineering projects. Due to their expansion, they are currently seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join their team.
Main duties include:
  • Prepares safety, environment, quality and project plans for site investigations
  • Contaminated site investigation
  • Stage 1 and Stage 2 assessment
  • Remediation
  • Site Validation
  • Preparing analysis of data from sampling, reports, maps, drawings, tests to evaluate, plan and permit various projects
  • Participate in performing field observations and data collections
  • Communicating with clients and related stakeholders involved in task or project
You MUST have:
  • Minimum 5 years of local experience as Environmental Engineer with similar experience
  • Fully qualified degree in science or engineering
  • Strong proven technical and delivery background with a good understanding of contaminated land regulatory guidance
  • Ability to write technical reports in high quality
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to lead small to large projects on your own
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A full drivers license is essential
