Sales Manager (Nigeria)

The role of the Sales Manager is a critical role for the growth of the Company.

There is considerable potential to grow our current market share worldwide with both new and existing customer accounts. This growth will come both from geographical expansion and from developing our sales networks in existing markets
The position will involve a high degree of international travel. The role is suited to a confident, and organized sales professional.
Job Description
Set, monitor and manage sales growth and targets
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as team for effective sales growth
Sales Reporting and Monitoring
Customer care and relations
Grow revenue from existing customers
New business implementation
Monitor market trends and developments
Meet targets and deadlines
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
Manage, motivate and lead a team of people
Minimum Requirements 
The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment.
Matric certificate
At least two years sales experience
Computer literate: Ms Excel, Word and Outlook
Business related travel. Willing to travel extensively 
Self-motivated, reliable and good communication skills
Customer service oriented and organized.
Salary is highly negotiable
