Duties and Responsibilities
 Oversee Full accounting functions of the hotel and lodges
 Ensure strict deadlines are met to produce monthly management accounts
 Produce management account reports and consolidations 
 Financial reviews with Heads of departments
 Annual budgets
 Risk management
 Foreign exchange, Working capital dealings, maximizing cash flows and cash management
 Liaison with external auditors and preparation of annual financial statements
 Implement and monitor Internal controls, corporate governance and IFRS requirements
 Staff management and development
Reporting Structure
 Will report directly to the Group Financial Controller
Education / Training / Experience
 National Certificate (Matric) and a NQF level 7 (Degree) in relevant faculty and/or higher
 Must have at least 5 (five) years’ experience within similar position in 4 / 5* hotels
 Must be advanced / administrative in Pastel (Partner) , Fidelio/ Opera programs
 Computer Literate in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

 demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and colleagues
 Be a South African Citizen
 Have own transport and driver’s license
