The management and development of business growth opportunities and retention of customer base, by encompassing the strategic goal of the organization and delivering a premium class service to our customers.
 

Minimum qualifications

  • Must have own vehicle
  • Matric
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Call Centre Experience is useful
  • Experience in the service industry
  • Office Administration
 

Key Performance Areas

Provide a professional customer service
Manage the customer expectations and needs
Manage the customer portfolio by ensuring:
We manage declared BTV to Actual received
Customers not utilizing device must be managed
Technical call outs are limited – efficient training executed on switch on and on goingRenewals – Retention rate is 95% of customer base
Keep the customer appraised of any changes or new product developments or services
Settlement process
Financial process
Feedback and quick resolution to customer queries
Training and upskilling of new and existing customers
