Our Client is an independent South African company with transportation, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and electronic engineers and financial, statistical and information technology professionals who offer a variety of specialized toll-related consulting and information technology services, by combining the strengths of these various fields of expertise.

Qualification: Tertiary education - University Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred)
or Electronic Engineering.

Location: Centurion and Pretoria

Previous Experience:
At least 2 to 3 years of experience after completion of degree

Description of activities:
• Manage and evaluate the operational performance
• Manage some performance audits on the system and potentially financial documentation.
• Required to assist with the testing of KPIs during the development phase, whilst monthly KPI
evaluation activities in respect of an ongoing contract would need to continue.
• The development phase of KPIs is not complete and, therefore, there is not a stable environment
yet. It is therefore foreseen that the current evaluation methodology would need to change
soon. The person filling this position will be involved in this.
• Continuous improvements: Identify, analyse, design and implement process improvements.
• The evaluation methodology also needs to be updated to take account of new development
requirements. The contract management team should be assisted to develop Standard
Operating Procedures for all activities.
• Assist with administrative and other ad-hoc tasks (such as data analysis, report verification)
where required.
• Review and document business processes and in some instance perform business process reengineering.
• Other tasks as required by the company from time to time
