❑ Training: • Induction • Product Training • Individual training
❑ RE representative training and RE product Specific training (with assistance)
❑ Consulting with other Managers to identify training needs and drawing up an overall training plan to meet these needs.
❑ Research and produce materials for in-house training (manager approval required)
❑ Compile PowerPoint presentations for training purposes
❑ Evaluate the success of the overall program by requesting Managers of the staff who were trained to complete questionnaires.
❑ Booking: • Training room • Parking for external trainers • Arrange refreshments for external trainers
❑ Ensure stationery required during training is ordered
❑ Training times sent through meeting requests
❑ Maintain hard copies and electronic copies of the Company training records and material: • Signed Training attendance register • The Training spreadsheet with each training topic, dates etc. • Training material used • Arrange training for staff who could not attend specific training sessions • Inform Managers regarding the attendance of their staff.
❑ To take such steps and actions as are necessary to ensure that your department operates efficiently;
❑ Assisting with special projects when asked to;
❑ Appropriate and correct use of all Company facilities and tools as may be provided to you;
❑ Compliance with appropriate dress code and standards of personal hygiene, neatness and conduct;
❑ Any other function, duty, target or standard as required by the employer, and as may be amended from time to time.
