Vacancy exists in Service & Technical department within the motor vehicle industry based in Johannesburg.
 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: 
  • Product Analysis and consolidating facts & data - enhance go & study activities.
  • Strengthen service function
  • Quick info, from the market.
  • Strengthen FTR analysis.
  • Detailed report compilation - antenna function, to enhance sensitivity for early detection/early resolution - FTR issuing.
  • Detailed research on product related matters.
  • Compilation of communication to the dealer network - service bulletins.
  • Present presentations to various audiences - Nuts & Bolts (dealer network) / Technical Conferences with TMC.
  • Liaise with TMC, TSAM, public relations, legal dept. & customer call centre (CQD and other related departments).
  • Fix it right first time - product resolution
  • Study & develop f/fix methods & coordination parts with NPDC.
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • NQF 6 (360 credits) or Qualified Technician + N6
  • Master Technician/Master Service advisor/Service manager is an advantage.
  • 5 years’ experience at dealer level will be an advantage.
  • Experience in a research environment or analysis position an advantage.
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced level of technical knowledge.
  • Field experience dealing with voice of the customer.

Monthly Remuneration and Benefits:
 Basic Salary       R35 000 (negotiable)
Provident Fund   @ 9.4 % of basic salary
Medical Aid        @ 50% up to R5600
