NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

LOCATION:
Kyalami, Midrand

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The NBDE will focus purely on developing new business. The NBDE will be rewarded with a solid basic salary and a lucrative commission structure. You will identify and acquire new corporate accounts to grow our market share within the corporate gifting market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new business through prospecting and cold calling.
Develop and implement marketing plans to capture new business opportunities.
Develop sales presentations and present to targeted clients.
Present to senior corporate executives.
Complete proposal and follow up on submissions.
Secure new corporate accounts.
Oversee and maintain your client base.
Achieve weekly KPI indicators.
Generate own quotes on the Company IT systems.

EXPERIENCE:
 
3+ years of new business experience.
3+ years within Business development / New Business Role.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
3 + years sales experience

COST TO COMPANY:  R 25 000 PM
Basic Salary:                    R20 000
Travel Allowance            R 4 000
Phone Allowance           R 1 000

COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
 
The NBDE will receive 7.5% on all new business generated for a six-month period. The six-month period commences upon receiving the first order. Thereafter the client will be handed over to a sales executive. The NBDE will continue to receive 1% of all revenue generated by the client while still in the employ of the Company.
