MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
  • Achieving, exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identifying and making telephone contact with a sufficient number of new business opportunities to build an individual pipeline that will lead to the achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Planning an approach to these customers that addresses their business requirements.
  • Building and administrating relevant sales and client contact information.
  • Understanding the business drivers around the customer’s learning and Development requirements.
  • Creating a differentiated value proposition that addresses these business drivers.
  • Growing the revenue stream from these customers.
  • Building broader relationships in these customers.
  • Prepare and facilitate learnership proposal.
  • Handover a signed proposal to Customer Service Managers.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • At least three to five years’ experience in a Sales (Internal/external sales, business-to-business) role, accompanied by a proven track record of achievement against an individual sales target in Skills Development
  • The ability to be persuasive telephonically and present a compelling reason for clients to do business with BPS
  • Business Development/Sales experience in the Skills Development for employed and unemployed candidates.
  • An established network of contacts or New client
  • Strong networking ability, and understanding of how to maximise social networking tools and technology
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Listening and questioning skills to influence challenging situations
  • Excellent computing skills are essential

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Matric certificate
  • Marketing or Sales or Business Management qualification NQF Level 6 or 7

Salary between R 12,000.00 and R 15,000.00 Depending on Experience + Commission
