HRD Manager is responsible for diagnosing, researching, designing, coordinate, evaluating and facilitating the implementation of Human Resource Development methods, programmes, policies and procedures.  These programmes (organisational development, employee wellness, alternative dispute resolution, transformation, integrated talent management; (performance management, learning, training and development as well as talent retention and engagement)) are directed toward enabling others to cultivate and support productive working relationships, as well as improving performance.
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric and relevant Honours Degree or equivalent.
  • Eight (8) years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist, of which two (2) years must be specialist experience in Organisational Development.
  • Three (3) years management experience.
 
Advantages:
