Training Centre Coordination
• Liaise with Planning & Steering Expert as well as TMSi Market Administrator to ensure the proper coordination of training courses as well as utilization of the Training Centre / External Venue.
• Prepare and submit to prescribed Travel Agency the necessary travel documentation for all traveling training delegate for specific training courses.
• Communicate travel documentation and arrangements to all traveling training delegates.
• Ordering and management of stationery stock for Training Centre
o Order, prepare and maintain trainer stationery packs before the start of each training course.
o Order, prepare and maintain training delegate stationery packs before the start of each training course.
o Order, prepare and maintain training room stationery (e.g. Flip Chart Paper, Pinboard Paper, Printing paper, etc.) before the start of each training course.
• Order and management of training documentation via BMW SA Print Room 2 weeks before the start of each quarter for all courses taking place at the Training Centre, e.g. Participant Guides, Workbooks and assessments.
• Order, monitor and control the usage and storage of all training vehicles used at the Training Centre. Ordering to occur 2 weeks before each quarter.
• Liaise with vehicle transport supplier to ensure collection and delivery of all vehicles ordered for the Training Centre.
• Liaise with relevant partners to ensure that cars are clean and training vehicles are refuelled as required.
• Liaise with Trainer/s to ensure that the correct vehicles are ordered for all training courses occurring at the Training Centre.
• Order and management of training equipment necessary to carry out all training courses occurring at the Training Centre.
• Liaise with BMW SA Maintenance department to ensure that the Training Centre is in workable conditions.
• Liaise with the prescribed catering supplier for the ordering, co-ordination and delivery of catering for all training courses occurring at the Training Centre.
• Contact all training delegates a week before commencement of the training course to ensure that specific dietary requirements are catered to.
• Order and management of all training catering consumables stock at the Training Centre, e.g. Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Sweets, Biscuits, Soft Drinks, etc.
• Request and submit all necessary quotations according to the internal Purchasing process at BMW SA.
• Prepare and facilitate feedback forms on the last day of each training course occurring at the Training Centre.
• Collect Attendance Registers, Feedback Forms and Indemnity Forms (if necessary) and send through to TMSi Market Administrator within 1 day of the training course ending.

Qualification/ Skills/ Experience
• Grade 12
• Knowledge of the retail motor industry (advantageous)
• Strong Administration skills
• Structured, systematic and good understanding of processes, policies and procedures using a LMS • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of general MS Office and PC applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for presentation, report and communication purposes.
