Job Overview:
To manage the movement of all SA parts between Dealers, stocking points and the end user, to ensure optimisation and integrated approach to consistently provide the right parts on time, at the right place in the most cost-effective manner in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 Supplier Management: Develop the scope of work for the various outsourcing contracts and work together with Procurement to ensure contracts are in line with set policies and procedures. Manage and hold suppliers accountable to ensure successful execution of the deliverables based of the defined SLA and KPIs across the entire Parts Logistics and supply chain network. This is applicable to both inbound and outbound logistics services for all freight types including air freight, sea freight and local freight both from a distribution and parts processing perspective.
 Warehousing Management: Efficiently and effective management of the Parts Logistics Centre's end-to-end processes - to ensure that the stock is processed timeously based on defined KPIs, and also managing the FDR process to maintain high quality standards in order to keep shrinkage as low as possible within defined KPIs. This includes ensuring that the warehouse adheres to Company Global standards in terms of the management of dangerous and hazardous goods/ material.
 Distribution Logistics: Efficient and effective management of the delivery of parts to the dealers, between the dealers and to the end customers as per the defined DNI parameters, ensuring parts are delivered on time and within cost parameters in order to consistently meet the KPIs and the service levels. This includes monitoring the distribution supply chain to minimise damages in order to keep shrinkage below the defined targets.
 Fit for Leadership: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to realize efficiencies throughout the Parts Logistics supply Chain in order to contribute effectively towards the achievement of the Company Global Efficiency Programme and targets.
 Customer Relationship Management: Managing the relationship with both Internal and External customers to ensure the delivery of efficient services relating to Parts Supply and Enquiries. Manage and oversee the parts escalation through CAC to ensure speedy resolution of all parts related enquiries. This includes keeping the Dealer Network informed of important developments pertaining to parts availability, changes in procedures and procedures.
 People Management: Managing, motivating, developing and empowering employees and self to optimise the achievement of the Department's organisational goals including driving performance, training and development, application of disciplinary policies and procedures, etc. to facilitate achievement of performance objectives.
 Operational Excellence: Efficient management of the KPI's including timeous reporting for the various monthly stakeholder meeting. Responsible for the performance, maintenance and reporting of ICS controls. Timeous payments of all suppliers including the implementation of a sound verification process prior to the payment of suppliers. Ensure that letters of authority and import permits are kept valid at all times.

Experience:
3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Logistics and Distribution (within Automotive Industry) or
relevant equivalent
