JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job is for the personal assistant to the CEO and the Chairman of the group.  Both the CEO and the Chairman are “hands-on” in the business but need assistance with certain administrative tasks including the following:
  • Drafting of letters/emails
  • Preparation of business presentations
  • Planning of management meetings
  • Recording and preparing feedback and outcomes of meetings
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO and Chairman
  • Management of email accounts of the CEO and Chairman
  • Managing diaries of the CEO and Chairman
  • Planning and organising events
  • Conducting basic research
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Leave approvals and basic HR
  • Company communications
 
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Must be computer literate and have strong MS Office skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to use your own initiative
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar role
 
Budget: R 12 000.00 – R 16 000.00 per month
