Our client currently have the above existing vacancy at their factory in  operation,Cape Town
The Customer Service Administrator reports directly to the Account Manager and will be responsible for the providing support to the Account Managers with their portfolios.

The responsibilities of the position include:
  • Assisting the Account Managers in meeting monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets;
  • Keeping up to date with latest service and products of the company
  • Marketing the company’s range of products;
  • Assisting Account Manager with Project Management functions relating to customer job
  • Providing the full range of customer service functions related to the position; general office administration
  • Following up on all customer orders and confirming date of delivery;
  • Proactively managing the customers stock levels so as to remind them to re-order;
  • Actively participating in finding solutions for the customer needs;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders aligning the multi-channel communications with the client’s strategy
  • Analyse and report on all digital/print communications activities and provide accurate monthly reports to key stakeholders.
  • Constantly research market conditions and competitor data to ensure we are at the forefront of the digital landscape.
To be considered for the position you should meet at least the following essential criteria:
  • A post matric qualification, preferable in Marketing and/or Sales
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service environment is essential
  • Project Management, campaign planning and experience in running digital campaigns from start to finish will be advantageous.
  • Able to communicate on all levels in at least two of the national languages (English essential)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to liaise, interact and communicate with customers in a professional manner.
  • Strong analytical and lateral thinking abilities
  • Good Computer literacy – Excel and MS Word, knowledge of Syspro would be advantageous
  • High level of numeracy skills.
  • Good writing skills
  • The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis;
  • Engaging personality, enthusiastic, persistent, positive attitude & hard working;
  • Competency to participate in planning campaigns and initiatives and once approved, to execute independently.
  • A methodical approach, with attention to detail.
