The Sales Department at the JHB Branch has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator based at the JHB Office
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Supervisor and will be responsible for the following
tasks:


Co-ordinate, communicate and liaise between Customers, Sales Reps / Consultants, JHB Stores and NDC.
Take and process orders on the AXAPTA System.
Assist walk-in customers.
Assist customers with telephonic enquiries, orders and pricing.
Process and control payments made by customers i.e. Cash, Cheque, Credit / Debit
Card or other means of payment, ensuring proper documentation is kept
Keep abreast of product knowledge at all times.
The full sales order administration function from filing, faxing, Proof of Delivery etc. need to be done
methodically and systematically.
Ensuring all procedures is carried out as per the latest Works Instructions and ISO 9001/2000 and ISO 14000
Assist at quarterly stock takes.
Ensure price changes are processed and sent through to Head Office
Ensure stock is managed according to FIFO
Handle all deliveries and collections from Berco
Will be responsible for accruals and other monthly reports
General office administration duties
