REPORTING TO: Managing Director    
 
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Client Development – source job assignments and negotiate fees (in line with company policy)
  • Achieve/exceed quarterly financial targets through optimising various opportunities to maximise performance levels
  • Devise creative ways to attract top talent for available positions (head hunting, networking, candidate/client referrals, advertising, etc.)
  • Source and screen CV’s and manage overall quality assurance of potential candidates
  • Schedule and conduct competency based interviews (face-to-face, telephonic, etc.) and obtain references
  • Present candidates to clients or present candidates to potential future clients
  • Brief candidates prior to client interviews and follow up thereafter
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of the candidate and/or client
  • Client relationship management
  • Ensure CRM system is kept constantly and accurately updated with client and candidate information
  • Remain updated with current affairs and information share
  • Attend all relevant training and industry specific meetings
  • Contribute towards the overall achievement of company strategy, corporate identity and marketing

RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of at least 5 years working experience within the Recruitment Industry in Recruitment Consultant/Sales role
 
REQUIRED GENERAL ATTRIBUTES:
 
  • Articulate and able to liaise at an Executive level with confidence and poise (telephonically, face-to-face, online)
  • Driven to exceed productivity targets with a proven track record thereof
  • Analytical and systematic in overall planning
  • Excellent written and communication skills including thorough questioning / investigative, listening and review skills
  • People’s person with exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
  • Meticulous and pays great attention to detail
  • Fully computer literate and comfortable with various social media and online communication platforms
