REPORTING TO: MD and/or Lead Consultant
 
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support the Lead Consultant on job assignments in finding candidates through:
    • LinkedIn Searches
    • Company website Searches
    • Telephonic research
  • Conduct screening calls to establish suitability of candidates
  • Assist with administration on job assignments, for example:
    • Create and maintain candidate/client files
    • Managing quality assurance (e.g. CV checking, etc.)
    • Invoice follow ups
    • General correspondence
  • Assist with candidate liaison on job assignments, for example:
    • Candidate update and touchbase calls
    • Background investigations (Credit checks; Criminal checks;  Reference checks)
    • Gathering information with regards remuneration, qualifications, career history
    • Interview confirmations and arrangements
  • Present junior candidates telephonically to potential clients for suitable roles and/or lead generation  
  • Other administrative responsibilities:
    • Draft job adverts and/or candidate profiles and load onto the company and other advertising websites and social media platforms (LinkedIn; Indeed; Jobvine; etc.)
    • Stay in touch with industry happenings and communicate to the team through the distribution of interesting articles and updates on social media
    • Keep the Goldmine database updated with candidate and client information

RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience within the Financial Services Sector in a researcher role
  • Previous recruitment experience within the Financial Services Sector advantageous

  • Meticulous and pays great attention to detail
  • Fully computer literate and comfortable with various social media and online communication platforms
