Primary purpose of job
Plan, direct and coordinate the sales and marketing activities and initiative within the company to promote the company as a market leader focusing on customer satisfaction and quality installations.

Duties
 Creating a sales and marketing strategy for the business
 Call on existing customers to ensure their overall satisfaction of installations and service delivered to ensure future business – includes travelling to Africa
 Delivery of volume, margin and sales targets
 Reporting back to management on market trends, industry practice and competitor activities
 Establishing current and future customer product needs and trends and translate these into marketing action plans
 Maintain good public relations for the company
 Visit trade shows with the view of obtaining new business and benchmarking competitors
 Review tenders for potential business and discuss with the Managing Director
 Collecting and analysing data and other statistical information for the development of market share
 Writing of reports
 Implementing and maintaining a filing system
