The Services Manager role requires a suitably qualified and experienced individual to take up the position within  Operations division and is responsible for the management, oversight and planning of all IT and maintenance services responsibilities relating to the Companies and all related national offices.
To be successful in the Services Manager role, you will require the following:
  • Tertiary qualification with a focus on Information Technology/System Architecture/Software.
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in an IT systems/architecture role. Will be advantageous if experience gained is within financial services.
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in a management position.
  • High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven track record in customer service, effective marketing strategies and employee management
