Administrator (JHB)

Our client is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team,at one of their business units.

Requirements:
  • Is great at admin and working with numbers
  • Has project management skills
  • That can represent us at clients if Adam (GM) is unable to attend (so well spoken and confident)
  • Good at working with people ( will need to be constantly chatting to people at the various projects)
  • Must be South African
  • Drivers license and preferably own car
  • Logistics experience preferred but not essential
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Tracking all outputs
  • Checking reports from the mine
  • Other assistance Adam (GM) may require from time to time
  • FleetConnect Management
Skills and knowledge:
  • Communication Skills
  • Technology Skills 
  • Organization
  • Planning
  • Problem Solving Skills
Experience and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma
  • Further education or certification 
  • At least 1-2 years Administrator experience
  • courses in computer, communication and office skills.
  • a Certified Administrative Professional, administered by the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
  • The certification proves to employers that you posses up-to-date knowledge and skills.
